My Aunt recently bought a new home and I had the opportunity to give one of the bedrooms a MUCH needed makeover! The room is actually for one of my favorite people, my Grandpa. I wanted to keep the room more neutral with wooden accents and a few DIYs. I really love how it turned out and can’t wait for him to see it in person when he moves in! I’m moving into my sisters old room which is a light purple and I want to make it a light blue. Do you think I’d be able to just paint right over? I’m scared it’ll poke through and I’ll have to use a bunch of paint cans to keep painting over🥲

I like the second set of curtains. I would put blackout blinds behind them. That sun is bright and they make pretty black out blinds now that wouldn't detract.

Don't use your finger to wipe caulk. Use a plastic rounded-corner square. Using your finger will leave a thin layer of caulk on each surface that will age horribly and is impossible to paint over. :'(
